Asha has been working in health care for over twenty-five years. She was drawn to breathwork early on during her healing journey as a lovely and practical way to bypass an overactive scientific mind. Trusting and allowing the breath to connect her with her heart. Giving her soul a chance to be heard. And using her intuition to guide her. She is also experienced in Ayurveda, an ancient healing tradition from India, and offers wellness courses based on the habits of yogis.

Guided Meditation
Using tools of deep relaxation and guided imagery, we will use meditation techniques to help uncover the thoughts and emotions underlying any issues you are facing.
Breathwork
Conscious deep breathing allows us to uncover deeply held beliefs that affect us on a daily basis. Sometimes unconscious beliefs are holding us back. This session helps to bring them to light so they can be shifted.
